Has anyone noticed a change in margin requirements for GLBL, my broker has changed initial requirements from about 25% to 100%, TERP is still at 25%..?

It showed up in my Scottrade, but did not get shown as a transaction. My cash balance simply increased. Strange. Had to through past account histories to even determine that it was added.

Other folks with other brokers got a clear transaction recorded today.

Well the cash did not show up in either of my accounts...since one account only has $36 cash balance in it, I think I would notice if dividend was added.  I'll check again tomorrow and contact the broker(s) if it still doesn't show.

Now that all those expecting GLBL "dividend" should have received it by now, does anyone in the US see a problem? Well I do, and I'm looking at three different brokers.

The problem (again for those in the US since its a taxes related issue) is that the cost basis (both for still open positions and those closed on or after the ex-dividend date) was not reduced by the dividend amount, unlike what happened last December when cost basis was reduced and dividend was not taxable since it was market as ROC. This means that this dividend is an ordinary taxable dividend unlike the ROC (non-taxable) dividend we received last December. (To be clear, only TERP's dividend was marked ROC last December, not GLBL's, however both were combined into a special distribution bucket instead of ordinary dividend on 1099-DIV). So since TERP did not pay (nor announce) its dividend and we do not know how its going to be designated when or if paid, its hard to say if my brokers screwed up in December when treated both TERP and GLBL as ROC (doubt since can not see more than one broker having same programming problem), or something has changed in GLBL for its dividend to be changed from ROC to ordinary. If later, is it the last dividend (if not, why the change?) ? I'm concerned since I still have a large exposure (fortunately well in green at this time).

Those in the US who receive GLBL dividend both last December and yesterday, do you also see what I described above?
