I happened to discover this forum when you posted some of the documents from the David Tepper's lawsuit over at SA. I've been active on SA for a long while (used to publish articles, not anymore), but I found that information very valuable and it got me into this site. I'm still becoming familiar with it but so far I like the analysis here. A lot of it comes also from you and I know you are thorough. 

It's interesting to see CSIQ and JKS as #1 and #2 respecitively. I do like CSIQ a lot (need to analyze JKS a bit more), they used to be the best a few years back. Been following solar since almost a decade. I am firm believer in this industry, you just need to scorch the surface in order to find the investment opportunities because this industry is littered with once-promising dead companies.

Interesting action o TERP today...it being down with SUNE and GLBL being up.  I'm not sure that it is anything besides the typical large oscillations in TERP that we have seen with relatively low volume, but I wonder as others if the UK sales rumor is sparking some of this.

At this point they have to have the numbers crunched with regard to the dividend.  Not sure why they are continuing to wait to discuss the dividend.  The delay in announcement has not been to my liking.

Any other thoughts?

A couple of articles are written on this site regarding Terraform Power and SUNE. 3/14/2016 Rabo, ICBC close Terraform Wind farm syndication. A lender group led by Rabocheck including Industrial & Commercial Bank Of China (ICBC) has closed debt refinancing for a Wind farm Terraform recently acquired. Earlier article 3/11 Terraform to unload a block of UK Projects 

3/14/2016 A subsidiary of Southern Company steps into replace Sunedison as the buyer of a  40 MW Wind Project in Maine.

A lot of people expected the news release today or, at least, the announcement of filing tomorrow. Any thoughts on this situation?

I would be hoping that they are not going to make this harder than it already was for everyone.

A little notice would be nice, but I'll forgive terp if they report a decent quarter and raise dividend.

Am I the only one getting a chill from this flagrant lack of communications on the part of management? As the day goes by I get an ever growing uneasy feeling that we won't like what we will see.. either today or who knows when! I find it very irresponsible to not even announce a tentative date or even a range to expect an ER.

I think that TERP will report, but it is concerning that they don't give any information on it.  I don't expect any surprises.

I think that SUNE will report but I am afraid that they may crap the bed that TERP and GLBL are sleeping in as well.

If I recall correctly, when GLBL filed on the 29th, it was after 6PM, so there's still an hour or so left (if they do it that is).

It has to be filed by 5:30 for the SEC to recognize it today.

They screwed the pooch.

I might not have what it takes to continue to hold onto any SUNE companies anymore.  Not even a word from them.  Ridiculous.

I think situations like what we have in SUNE, TERP, and GLBL, it is very complicated. Just gotta be patient. I think long term, we're all going to be ok. Currently, I'm invested in SUNE and TERP. Hopefully, SUNE will give me the greatest returns, but gotta watch that like a hawk.

Yes after re-checking, GLBL PR was at 5:16PM (not 6:16PM I thought originally). I'll be ordering a new pair of stronger reading glasses on the 17th.

Well, I am officially frustrated by the conduct of SunEdison. They maybe savvy in playing the game, and walk the thin line of compliance, but they have no sense of responsibility to shareholders. Even if I had little doubt about Tepper being 100% right, I have no doubt anymore that the entire group is not just poor as managers but also communicators. They were only loud and in your face when they were making those idiotic deals, now they have no words to describe what kind of losers they are.
