  1. I heard to prevent capital out flow, Chinese government is considering some policy discouraging oversea aquisition. As if it applies to tsl, I have no clue.
  2. One lesson I learned from fslr is price before fundamental. Bought fslr at 60 where they said its cost cheaper than Chinese solars. Sold at 34. How much cheaper cost is it now? Price foretold the story long before.
  3. Think I heard in CC, don't know if after interest payment. If it's before, your are right.. Interest's also out with the sale, power loan interest should also be in new profit thx.
  4. Just the fact, they have a lot of profit from power generation, which was not cash but IOUs from Chinese government and most probably will not be there in the future. They sold business in Oct. They are still profitable which is very positive, but not as glory as this qtr looks.
  5. Non-GAAP net income attributable to the Company's ordinary shareholders in the third quarter of 2016 was RMB305.8 million (US$45.8 million), compared with RMB421.8 million in the second quarter of 2016 and RMB253.3 million in the third quarter of 2015.
  6. "Solar power projects generated 395 GWh of electricity, an increase of 20.8% from the second quarter of 2016 and an increase of 69.0% from the third quarter of 2015. Total revenues generated from solar power projects were RMB372.4 million (US$55.8 million), an increase of 29.1% from the second quarter of 2016 and an increase of 81.0% from the third quarter of 2015" 50% margin, that's $28 million profit in power? real profit 45.8-28=18 million?
  7. If jaso owners are serious about the take over, now it's a great chance to buy these shares with basement prices, using whatever 3rd party entities they created for themselves. But Trump created uncertainty here. So they might as well just wait.
  8. So who's in at the moment? explo must be doing good. I'm in 30%. Overall, still losing money.
  9. tsl might try to do it. But don't think csiq's going to be there.
  10. Thinks that's why stock's in toilet. Somebody knew already.
  11. Bought some just in case. Jks's much stronger though and did not drop as much. Tried pop luck but not as masterfully: bought some fslr before release and got stuck. So will wait some time for more fslr.
  12. Is it time to load up some csiq now? With all the project pipeline, it's not going to see single digit, right? The problem's you never know when is the bottom.
  13. It's about time. My current glbl holdingl's still down about 30%(Overall prob. break even since I sold most). It's time to catch up.
  14. Condolence odyd. I had a dog that lived with us for 8 years since puppy and have 2 now. I know how you feel...
  15. Guess csiq will be fine. But after tsl, I realized Chinese companies have figured out how to rip us off here in US: 1) Get as much cash as they can by issuing shares when price's high 2) When price goes to dumpster, they go private and re-list in China to rip off folks there.
