JA Solar (JASO)

They might get 207m or just 24m. If they get more than 24m the rest will be delayed, same as a second offering and it's because stock price is higher than exercise price which would make second offering a good alternative. Ok, let's accept stupidity or corruptness, but good bargain now in hope of not repeating that stupidity or corruptness. Damn it. :)

Well they did bring back their CFO they had before maybe there was a reason.

Good point July. If it was stupidity it might be gone now. I have to say that JA is looking very strong regardless of what the deal with the deal was. Top dogs back in CEO and CFO chairs might have something to with JA looking stronger than ever.

Wow you guys are going to like this interview. JA is expanding to 3.1GW Module Capacity. There is a shortage of Modules and they say they need to expand to supply their customers

Edit: Seems to be from 2013 conference so next year actually means 2014. So it is 3.1 gw in 2014 they are expanding too. Interesting.

The date Youtube had was 01/10/2014. So yes this is expansion for 2014. South Africa was one place to expand, I think they look to expand in another outside of China.

    Wow. Thanks July.

Next year we plan to expand module capacity from 1.8 GW to 3.1 GW. It's a ... you know ... step forward.

Thanks for clarifying Eystein that the interview was in 2013 and thus this expansion referred to 2014. Yes I'll say it's a step forward when the market is viewing them as having problems utilizing their current 1.8 GW considering only running at a 1.2 GW rate in Q3. It's a monstrous leap forward, beyond even my imagination.

    Not selling. :)
