Yes 200 bill$ is what it would cost me to buy it. I wonder what it is worth (discounted future profits). If it is more than the cost I think it is a good idea to buy the stock. For a trader it could be a good idea to buy the stock even if it is worth less than the cost if it for some reason is likely that the market will price it higher than it is worth (i.e. if there a bubble profiting chance).
