I'd say there won't be much of a pop.  Already deflating in pre-market from 10.7 to 10.3.   I predict back to 9.8 because nothing really changed here.  Still totally in the dark as to the process going forward.

Another company had  the same Chinese capital controls uncertainty: Ingram Micro.   They quickly (within days) issued a SEC filing was very clear & to the point:  They had received a go ahead from the Chinese government and an OK to transfer the money.  

Nothing but vagueness from TSL does not feel right.

It's obvious the market wants it back into the $9.70's. I closed it here and made money on the USD (surging on FOMC) part of the stock purchase (since I bought it using non-US currency and PPS in USD is flat from my entry a few days ago).

Good luck. It still seems like a good bet, but I already went outside strategy with an "intra-week" bet, so I'm closing it although it seems even better now.
