Odyd, What is your take on TERP dividend now ? Other than TERP being dragged into bankruptcy, any other concerns? Thanks
-
The Delaware law doesn't allow that, from my limited knowledge.
-
Well, the volume is up too. I guessthere will be some news after hours.
-
The volume is low to indicate anything, and also the GLBL website shows it as a SUNE companyBut yes, the price movement is surprising.
-
You are a master in your new avatar, explo. What price would make you buy again?
-
If GLBL does not get SUNE support, I feel the dividend would be cut into half, which makes the yield the same as TERP. So, in my view either TERP should go up or GLBL needs to come down another 10%.

-
Thanks, but why was it easy for GLBL ?
-
Why do you think, they wouldn't declare dividend ?

Thanks

Odyd/Others, In case if anyone has any idea of the law - can a judge order for board members to be changed?
-
Agree, considering thatVSLR is off its head
-
I feel it is about VSLR game. If they could declare GLBL dividend without financial result, why can't they do for TERP ?
-
I am holding just because nothing came out against TERP. I am surprised at SUNE recovering
-
Well, I have lost a ton and don't know what the right course is. On one hand nothing so far has come out as negative for TERP and Tepper still continues to hold. On the other hand, credibility is in question and that tells me that it could go lower and give me an opportunity to buy again. There is no reason for the stock to go up.
-
You make sense to me Odyd. 15th calendar day following the due date is 16th in my view, but their press release says, by " extended deadline of March 15th". So , don,t know what to make of it.
-
While Yahoo says earnings after market close, nothing on TERP website.
-
But, the article doesn't talk about the effect of UK sale.
-
May be I am wrong. Was Invenergy already factored in for $1.75 ?
-
Odyd, What is your dividend expectation now ? The target of $1.75 in my view is now a minimum. Thanks
-
No, the latest 8K filing by GLBL, a few days ago, doesn't say that. SoI assume they have made the payment ? Because, if not, shouldn't they have mentioned it to SEC ?
-
The payments are about GLBL, not TERP. I think TERP only gets $32m support from SUNE.
-
I will find the link. But from what I remember they have an obligation to pay about $80 m in 2016 and about $100 million over four years, reducing gradually. Donot remember the exact figures. GLBL has made an advance payment of about $230 m for the India projects Also, I guessed you missed my edit regarding TERP : As for TERP, I strongly feel , SUNE delaying payments have given more ammunition to Tepper lawyers. I do not understand how Tepper cannot stop future transactions. What is your opinion ?
-
What is your view on GLBL, given that SUNE may not pay interest and SUNE may not be able to give back the advance payment made by GLBL for India projects ? As for TERP, I strongly feel , SUNE delaying payments have given more ammunition to Tepper lawyers. What is your opinion ? Thanks
