Thank you Odyd for sharing your thoughts. Even though you don't own the shares, you just hate for us to lose money. That is a very selfless act and I am sure many appreciate that. You have done lots of analyses and are right most of the time. However,whetherthe stock goes up or down from here, it does not matter as much as your true intention. Best regards.

TERP has roughly 80M shares outstanding (according to yahoo). Does that mean TERP shareholders will get more than $4 a share in dividends in 2016 (only a little more than half a year left)? Too good to be true or I am missing something.

Speaking of Trina, the stock is stuck between $9.7 to $10 for the past month. There is no movement in the stock (up or down). There is not much interest. Why do you think that is? Do people think that it will be bought out or that the price is capped? Even if it gets bought out, it still give investor almost 20% profit. That is still nothing to sneeze at.

Yeah, I don't understand that either. However, if you sell more than a million shares at $0.30, I guess $300,000 is still better than nothing. I think they must have given up any hope by now.

Wow! They are leaving at all cost even at today's prices. They see no hope and that BK is paramount. I wouldn't say "leaving the ship," but more likely what's left of it (like a little plank).

Also, this quote would scare me now that SUNE is about to go BK "Both companies, which have no employees of their own, also rely on SunEdison for back office functions." Of course, TERP and GLBL can hire their own employees if and when they become separated from SUNE, but the prospect of SUNE go BK and they do not have employees and have to rely on SUNE is scary. SUNE can and will do as much as it wants as long as it does not get caught.

Darn, DQ is now even higher than JKS. It has small float thus can have a larger pop.

Poly pricecontinues to go up while wafer, cells and modules prices continue to trend downward. http://wap.pvinsights.com/ dq is looking good and is now higher than Csiq.

Terp might or might not go up from here. However, this is the favorable time to switch out of it and back into other CN4 because CN4 SP have been down a lot. I remember when I started TERP, it was not too much higher from here but JKS and CSIQ were a lot higher. Trading uncertainly of TERP to either CSIQ or JKS would make sense now. Had JKS and CSIQ gone higher or did not drop as much, I would be a bit hesitate to trade TERP out. So, this morning, I got out of more TERP on a spike and used it for CSIQ purchase today. I was hoping for 1 for 1 trade. I still might happen but there is a more uncertainty now than previously thought. With Tepper on board with TERP, it is easier to sleep at night. However, if Tepper decides to get out of TERP, it will cause an exodus and its SP will suffer greatly. Good luck to all.

Holy cow! SUNE is down more than 50% today at a already depressed price. There was a time SUNE was going up $2 to $3 a day, now it is struggling to hold on to $0.60. Not long ago when SUNE was trading in the $30's and Odyd predicted it will go below $5. I think Odyd was generous. I think the end is near for SUNE. The sooner SUNE goes away, the better for its yieldco's. They might experience a short time pain but should put in a bottom when that happens. The cancer should be surgically removed instead of let it prolong the agony.

True, SUNE could do that and I think they might have tried to do that but the numbers did not add up. Tepper will have its own audit team to make sure this kind of fantasy transactions don't take place.

SUNE recovers and now down only 10 cents. That bodes well for TERP and GLBL. Most of sellers are all out already. I would like to see TERP recovers and close above $10. That would be a good sign. We can hope. Good luck.

I don't think TERP should be punished this badly. Its dividend and ER delay is not its own fault but rather SUNE accounting. It might be ready anytime SUNE has its acts in order. I think SUNE is trying to play with numbers but somehow did not add up. TERP dividends should not be jeopardy. With that said, people emotion is another to consider. All is boiled down to share prices and large portion of that is due to emotion trading. Long term, it should be OK. To take advantage of short term, I unloaded some to buy back if opportunity presents itself. I hate to sell it all and what happens if its SP keeps going up. We hold the bag for so long and let others get all the glory?

Oh, SUNE forgot the time change. Seriously though, they should have let investors know what is going on. It is a bit irresponsible. Has anyone contacted IR? Was it Saushi who had contacted IR before?

What happened to Terp and Glbl? I had an order to sell Terp at $11 and it was sold for $11.75. I had an order to sell Glbl at $4.1 and it was sold for $4.25. All PM.

Man, I was worry for you. Do you also own other stocks as well? I hope SUNE is not a major of your holdings. I hope SUNE survive and its SP goes up good but I just don't trust its management especially Chatila. Good luck friend.
