Glad someone has a view, thanks. I hope he can stop the purchase of those assets and get board replaced. Independent board would be a healthy change. Any details on suit and what is he seeking? Is this good for TERP anyway?

CSIQ is still going to have YieldCo planned sooner than later.

The presentation has been finished, they are posted on CSIQ web site. I am looking through and didn't notice anything new.

CSIQ has a presentation today at Needham Growth Conference today, originally at 8am but it is delayed to 12pm.

I don't understand why CSIQ is hitting hardest now. Look at FSLR, I think they should be at the same level. Seems that CSIQ is joining SUNE today after SUNE announcing the deal, actually that is not too bad.

CSIQ is down about 12% now.

CN solars are acting strongly today, not SOL specific. I would love to see them are turning green by EOD. I wish I could have more fund to load here. The general market should have a dead cat rebound soon.
