It looks like $0.10 for processing wafer and $0.32 cell/module.
With Poly at $20 you looking at $0.54 total cost.

Great job. they said 10% higher cost for outsourcing ,but 20% higher ASP in Europe too.

I cannot figure out what the article says except the headline. Did the company say this or is this someone's view? I agree though that SOL has a better chance of attaining profitability later in the year.

Unless Santas real name is Jojo, it looks like this is just another "opinion piece". Dont get too excited.

(hey, maybe Larryvands third name is Jojo? Lol).

This article is saying a net profit of 12 million (75 million yuan) for 1Q....

Just an opinion? Seem weird to throw out an exact number. Or did something get leaked before a PR.

I guess we have to wait till May 16. That would be a great surprise if SOL is profitable in the first Q.
I can not believe it,not with the numbers SOL said on last CC. IMO

Is this a dead give away
"The world's second largest silicon production base, the world's largest efficient wafer-scale production, and China's top five components exporters."
I found this here, sounds like party promo to me

I caught this fragment which is not factual so I am quoting it
Other watch outs.
4% rise in prices in March for the first time since 2009 IHS.
Does 20% sounds accurate for prices in Europe, unless it is future?
They just announced this outsourcing deals btw
Q1 grew 30% in revenue while company projected 280 to 300MW of modules vs., 320MW and $280M in sales which is below $306M in Q4..

Unless it is 30% growth to Q1 2012, from 211 to 280, which makes it a lot more sense. So the net profit of some 12M could be a GM with 4.2%, so not the net profit margin but net gross margin. This sounds plausible. Still I do not think we are looking at net income positive. I wish everyone holding SOL for me to be wrong, and this article to be right.
