LOL!
Forbes has got an article on this and it's direct to the Point with all the punches included http://www.forbes.co...rd-and-he-sues/
Making this even more deliciously enjoyable is the name of the lead plaintiffs in the case.
That would be Mr. and Mrs. Dick Armey…as in former GOP House Majority Leader Dick Armey who is also the former Chairman of FreedomWorks Dick Army

Excellent article on bloomberg:

Talks about how consolidation is happening and being encouraged by the government in the renewable energy space. Notes that Chinese government is becoming conscious of reducing debt financing for many of the heavy manufacturing industry it is unlikely to put the squeeze on renewable energy companies given the environmental challenges China is facing.

Companies like LDK and Chaori need to go, sell their assets pay as much debt as possible with those sales. Have the remaining debt reduced to cents on a dollar and let another strong organization to take over capacity and contracts. Calling off debt, which pays interest, will cripple many of those. At the end it is about removing management and private equity. Workers should continue to be employed if business has viable capacity and technology, and if not, we hear about deficit of workers, let them find the best employment elsewhere.

Yes and great opportunity for the successful companies to acquire holdings of companies going bankrupt where synergies exist. By 2017 China will have 3 to 5 solar companies accounting for 80% of market per Trina chairman.

Speaking of LDK, stock is halted (does anyone really trade them?) pending "news".

So this is Belly-Up Time for LDK I guess.

Not really, the liquidity issues they are addressing are outside of the Mainland China. The company has no intention to do anything in China. I would say it is over for anyone holding to LDK.

I can't believe the stock stayed above the October 19, 2012 close of $0.71 all this time.
