RECstock. I am running for a board position because of what we small time owners discussed during our struggle and fighting during the last capital share increase in June 27 2012 where we risked getting our stock ownership diluted due to a favourable capital increase on some of the stock owners behalf, and for us a much smaller share capital increase that caused our ownership position as a group to shrink. Feel free to search me and my history or my background. I have been a stock owner in REC for the long term since 2011 and before that short term ownership.

We are trying to achieve a nr 3 spot on the owners of REC, since orkla has gone out public and said they want to sell its shares, and the number 2 owner UMEO AS has stepped down from the board I believe then it is possible for us to have a board place.

In two days now 25 members have come to my support with 8.35 million shares. this is around 0.4% of the company. On the board of REC interest organisation (www.aksjeinfo.net/RECI) we have some 220 members and it is estimated around 200 000 shares each so if these also pitch in we have 40 million shares. (1,9% of the company.) I am also trying to recruit one of the major fond's in REC to help support my candidate for a board position.

Currently canica has the third spot with 3,63% of the company. They currently have a board member in REC.

If you do own REC shares and do believe in small time owners also getting a say in the board consider nominating me, also feel free to register on www.aksjeinfo.net/RECI and let me know how many shares you have either in a private message or simply by adding the number to your profile so I can make an estimate of our current number of shares supporting this cause. I will not use the share information for any other purpose than for trying to get into the board and the number reported will only be the whole number for all members supporting. (like i have written above with the 8.35 million shares.) We will consider proposing me as a candidate for the board before Wednesday next week (10th April) as the general assembly is 3rd of May and the invitations for the general assembly go out around Wednesday. Let me stress that I don't believe we have a high chance of succeeding at this, but if we did we would manage something unique and make sure that all stock owners in the company have a say during any board meeting. The stock owners of REC are quite dedicated to the well being of the company and are trying to have an active ownership in the company that we do in fact own by our stocks.

I now have 17,14 million shares behind me we are number 15 of top 20 shareholders in REC wanting me to be in the board. If any international investors also belive in REC and belive in having stock owners represented then please check into my profile and what I have done for REC in the past. I wish only the best for REC and will work my butt off for them to be successful.
