EU and China ‘could reach trade war agreement by June’

A story in pv-tech today has it looking like the EU/China solar trade dispute will be resolved amicably by June.

Been saying this ever since SolarWorld started this mess in the EU.

This was the last big potential roadblock that solars where facing...now all that's left is profitability...

Great news for the GT-10....

it is only a matter of possibilities and balance. Only economical calculations. EU can't do against themselves. They can weigh very thoroughly advantages and drawbacks of tariff itself and a size of tariff (if any). No one company, even a big one is unable to influence EU politicians for making silly things (same in USA). To start acting politicians needed some related entity to file a claim. I won't be surprised that it was not a "solarworld" initiative.

Thanks pb66...this came from the UK Solar Trade Association’s PV specialist, Ray Noble. This is a little more credible than some blogger, biased analyst or politically motivated news outlet. And he sounded very confident that a deal is close and would get done before the deadline...and if anyone would know this, he would.

As more of this optimism gets leaked, it could support a nice month-long run up, at least until the details are finally released....

Very good point about the author being Ray Noble.

I"m surprised more board members arent giving this article the "OMG" treatment! It deserves it! LOL
