BOJ to pump $1.4 trillion into economy in unprecedented stimulus

http://www.reuters.com/article/2013/04/0…E93216U20130404

Obviously this has been all over the news, but lowered Japan interest rates to stimulate investment will help our cause there.

This is obviously more macro economy but it matters a lot.

a major purpose of this world-record printing money action is to cause an inflation. Japan experience a worsening deflation economy. To cause an inflation money must find an end consumer. It means funds printed should not sit in banks but go to public. The best way to increase activity is creating jobs. What ways Japanese government intents to develop is a key. JMHO: if they are not 100% corrupted by big oil/gas/nuke mafia (say only 90% i.e. 10% left for right decisions) they will use this action for rebuilding energy system adding in a big scale newest renewable sources. Since Japan has a well-developed grid I won't be too surprised learning some day that Japan turned into #1 world PV solar installer. and there is a big chance we will see in the nearest 1-2 years.
