Net sales in December 2013 were NT$1,398 million, a decrease of 1.1% month-over-month from NT$1,414 million in November 2013, and an increase of 79.9% year-over-year from NT$777 million in December 2012. On a quarterly basis, net sales in Q4/2013 were NT$4,315 million, an increase of 5.3% quarter-over-quarter from NT$4,097 million in Q3/2013, and an increase of 74.9% year-over-year from NT$2,468 million in Q4/2012.

Overall December 2013 performance was quite stable compared to November 2013 in terms of volume, ASP and shipment mix. We continued to see strong installation activities in various regions. Pricing also started to show some strength exit the year.
