I think this is good. I belong to a couple of non solar forums of which I paid to be a member but only after being able to hang out long enough and read enough to know I needed further access.

Hi Spirit, in order to expand the SPVI Forum coverage, I will use CEDR Club value to propel access to the premium forum.
We have currently 33 members in the CEDR Club. This membership does no longer require premium membership fee. So you pay $270 for three months and access everything for this period of time, saving $12.50 per month on the premium membership.
If I can expand CEDR Club membership to 50 members (next time CEDR Club will be selling subscription). I will reduce premium membership to $8 per month to others. I will also reduce the membership of CEDR Club costs for every person above 60 members by $10 to $260, by 70 another $10 to $250 etc. until we reach $200
For all members (event those who are there currently in CEDR) who will join CEDR Club in Q3, I will credit their CEDR purchase with what is left in their premium membership time account.
If I reach 80 members in CEDR Club, the current premium membership will become a free forum.
I am doing this because as one of members put it, greed always wins.

That is great about the CEDR club... my earlier thoughts were geared towards drawing people into this site in general and there being enough of a "tease" to do so..

Another perk for the registered members coming up, they can read Technology and prices thread. Also Members' recommendations.
Solar Investing Forums and Solar Companies will remain only accessible to premium members
