I thought about couple of things here and this is what I am planning to do.

I will sell CEDR at this price to anyone who will pay for the membership, even if we will not reach 40 members.  However, doors will be locked still may 31st, after that there will not be joining until next three months.  If we reach 50, coupon applies.  I just want to support Jason, so he does not leave my business.
I repeat after noon on May 31st, you are either in or out, as someone said to me.  Doors will open three months later and I am not sure if at the same price. I will have to decide, but it will not be lower.

Just to clear confusion, you do not need passowrds or any other form of access after purchase, check your avatar you should see Other: CEDR Club. This means you have all the access you need. check CEDR Forums if you can review forums there.

Sorry, I am having problems with edit here. After 31st, I can simply attach in the forum. The membership will be closed for the duration, until next quarter

Premium Forum access will not be necessery. I will migrate the data to a forum under CEDR Club membership access.
Those who will miss out on CEDR Club will have the password to that forum only for a duration.
I will complete transfer of premium forum on June 1st to CEDR Club Forums. I will publish PDF for March and Q1 country breakdown for named corporations by the weekend.
