Yes, I hate it that HSOL doesn't have any current analyst coverage on their Conference Calls. To Dial in and ask questions as SPVI Research, that is an excellent idea. If some others are not capable of doing the job why not do it yourself.

Sorry to disappoint but I am not ready to represent myself. I am not sure if I could, while I heard of private investors being on calls on few occasions.

Northland Power's 130MW of projects in Ontario, 8 are operational and they just got financing for 50MW

Wafer prices have increased in Q1. This explains LDK selling wafers to Taiwanese companies, which I assume, are certain level of discount to market to keep them (LDK) going.

That had been announced a few days ago. It does not seem to have caused much impact, probably due to the previously agreed minimum price deal with Wacker.

I know but the terms of the deal were not disclosed then. Now they are speculated on:
TrendForce's (Taipei) EnergyTrend division estimates that the minimum price agreed between Wacker and MOFCOM is around USD 23.40-25 per kilogram.
Some clarity on the final tariff terms effective May 1 were also offered by Solarserver:
Eight named companies will receive the 42% anti-dumping rate, Wacker Chemie AG (Munich) will not be subject to duties, and all other companies will receive a 14.3% anti-dumping rate. Additionally, all companies except Wacker Chemie will be subject to 1.2% CVD.
