He, he... it would be a shame if the US would not let Flextronics made modules branded as SunEdison, made with TWN cells to the US. So Koreans are on.

Our Chinese guys will be buying up Korean cells, unless the US will put tariff on Chinese modules period. Then off to Spain and Portugal or SA.

SunPower to Announce First-Quarter Results on April 24, 2014.

http://finance.yahoo...-200500653.html

This will kick off the Q1 earning report season. Hopefully, we get a decent pre-earnings run. I believe some companies will have positive surprises, in particular, JASO.

Exon Mobile agrees to share more details of the risks involved in fracking. http://finance.yahoo...-213903959.html

Norse another Pension Fund wanting to avoid risks with being invested in the Fossil Fuel Industry.

New York City's Pension Funds

The comptroller's office said it essentially believes that without such information, it cannot make adequate investment decisions and thus part of the pension funds' investment could be in danger.

In an agreement with New York City's pension funds, which control Exxon shares worth roughly $1.02 billion, the company would report on risks surrounding disposal of fracking waste water, air pollution, methane emissions from oil and natural gas wells, and other issues.

PTC passes critical test as Senate Finance Committee sends tax extenders bill to floor

The renewable energy Production Tax Credit (PTC) and Investment Tax Credit (ITC) were included today with bipartisan support, as the U.S. Senate Finance Committee reported out a tax extenders package whose swift passage is critically important to the continued growth of the U.S. wind energy industry.

Raymond James’ Pavel Molchanov Sees Stars in the Expanding Cleantech Universe

TER: I take it you’re not too bullish on module manufacturers.

PM: Generally, no. Although we look at each company individually, the module assembly part of the value chain in the solar space does not excite me. Low-cost players can have slightly better-than-average margins, but it is a pure commodity market with very little technological differentiation.

The UK has become the first European government to publish a dedicated solar PV strategy.

The strategy places particular emphasis on encouraging the deployment of rooftop solar, especially the underperforming commercial-scale sector. In addition, the strategy confirms that the government is targeting one million solar homes by 2015.

when it comes to copyright, I would suggest following basic rules, yes please edit as I will be the one who will be approached on it. If someone does not want to click the link, it is beyond what I consider active investor. Uchsteve, please do the same, I am giving a courtesy of not deleting it, but  I will if not corrected, thanks.
