Looks like business is booming. Specifically, TSL said the campany is now going full speed ahead with distributed power generation projects,  given the clear assurance of the policies.

 

Other companies mentioned are CSIQ and CSUN. All of them look at Q3 as the turning point for positive earnings.

Another important positive mentioned by the article is that the market is now favorable for superior PV products and inferior ones are losing market share. Great news for first tier companies.
