That Deutsch Bank analysis is so bullish it's worth a few select quotes:
Deutsche Bank predicts imminent upturn for solar industry
The solar industry is on the brink of a sustained period of momentum
will make 2014 a pivotal year in the industry’s development
solar sector is at an inflection point and industry fundamentals are likely to improve further into 2014
The sector has passed the tipping point for grid parity in more than ten major markets worldwide and will likely maintain this momentum
Despite the strong year-to-date performance, we believe the solar rally has legs

ya.. I think we all saw this, but this article confirms it. I'm in the process of juggling old 401ks around and moving what i can into solar.

Yes, that's why we accumulated when for example JKS and CSIQ traded at $2, but for the less up-to-date market there are some trigger words in Deutsche Bank's comments that will make it take a look at the sector.

Well this is just the thing. How much of accumulation at the very bottom was really taking place? "Buy" calls on CSIQ (or JKS which many called a next BK candidate) at $2-3 were heard much much less than when it was at $7 and less than even now at $14.

Exactly, the analysts and their sheeps are always late to the best parties. But now the crowd is arriving and the party is heating up. They have to pay the cover charge of 7 times higher price for JKS though. Hopefully we'll also be the best to sense when the music stops, get our coats and get out before the chaos. Seems like the night is still young though according to Deutsche Bank.

I wonder what Digitimes means by import quota including solar cells.
http://www.digitimes...30802PD201.html
They say that this would benefit Taiwan? If EU can import solar cells tariff free too with cells being part of the quota and price undertaking deal, then high priced EU brands can buy Chinese high-end cells tariff free (but at a price undertaking say 40 euro cents). EU has for example no mono capacity so these EU module brands like Solar-Fabrik need Asian cells/wafers to differentiate from other EU brands. JA would benefit, not Taiwan.

Taiwan Daily reported that this deal had made Taiwan suffer again. I have heard nothing to date about cells. Sounds as a wishful thinking, until details are released, I am also guessing.

Greensolar, this is a scary chart. At this rate, overcapacity will not be an issue in just a couple of years. The ones with the largest capacity win out. We are maybe entering another expansion cycle.
