Canada and Mexico are making its NAFTA case, the percentage of imports is even less than 2015.  Lawyers for Sunvia want to eliminate those options, but frankly, I doubt it. They can not change the existing law. A window for CSIQ is opening, but they need to put cells in Canada. SPWR can also win here.

Solaredge inverter and monitoring.   No batteries.  I beat the 7/31 deadline and am grandfathered into old (and better) net metering agreement for 20 years.  I'm curious to see if I can scrape out a net positive month of solar power -- my system was quite a bit larger but had to scale it back on the plans for fire fighter access on roof.

"SunPower’s Werner, whose company manufactures solar products in Mexico, said that the law states free trade partners are exempted from trade tariffs. But while it’s true that free trade agreements are designed to give certain countries preferential treatment, the Trump administration could seek to undermine those protections as a first step in rolling back NAFTA. Nobody mentioned it:  the price of modules fell about 1% according to pvinsights.com.  Mentioned was a drop in demand from US amidst 201 uncertainty.
