Could you have some rule that a new member must make a first post within a week and then you could remove all members older than a week with 0 posts and review all first posts for "spam objective" and remove the spamming bot suspects? This is assuming that a lot of the bots can be removed on the fact that their first post is delayed thus reducing the total review volume. It won't handle "smart bots" though.
In order to create an id you have to go to through capcha. In order to register you have to confirm register link in the e-mail.
50 people have currently registered out of 92 ids created.
I would imagine that asking for a post within a week, is a fair thing. I will see if I can find something to automate this.
The rules will be 7 days without registration and 30 days without a post. People can read posts and never contribute. This is still quite ok, so that 30 may not be executed. However we sent a message to notify of automatic ban if posting outside of the solar topic
I am adding a new rule, anyone who has not registered within 24 hours, meaning reply to the confirmation e-mail will be deleted. Member needs to at least to post one message in first 5 days of registering. After that 1 post in 10 days etc.
The board is readable to guests, so if you want post you can become a member otherwise just visit.
