That was my question over at Yahoo... seems that the reverse split is forcing something?

Up more than 40% at some point today. High volume too. Doesn't seem random.

Momentum continuous. Up $3 at one point today.

They're obviously depending a lot on poly price in China, but they are still very exposed. Q3 result were preliminary. PPE (80% of their assets) impairment test is conducted.

Consolidation target?

Maybe, otherwise it is just that low share count. Hard to buy and hard to cover. 139k shares traded.

before I found solar and went off my rocker, I used to screen for companies with extremely low floats, profitable ones where eps growth and news created days like today for DQ. I did really well but all three that were favorites were swallowed up which limited upside.

Starting to get a little ridiculous. Up another 20% on just about no volume.

Up almost 300% now in about two months. JKS is up the same since its $2 bottom. Looks like train has left the end station and going high speed in the other direction for some of these stocks. Either that or these two stocks need to drop 75% from here to revisit the lows. I can understand single day weirdness due to low float, but it's a 2-3 month trend here.
